They’re on Alternia after it being destroyed with meteors, and Exile Spades rebuilt it to how it is then. If Spades was dead, that town wouldn’t be there!
No, I mean, I was pretty sure the city where the Felt are was built on the moon, not the actual Alternia. Most of the time when we see Doc Scratch, for example, it’s on that green moon.
Edit: Nevermind, I checked the wiki. I guess they just settled on the moon AND Alternia, or perhaps the Felt come from the moon?
